Raise your hand if you became a bread baker during the pandemic. It seemed like every other person was turning out loaf after loaf of gorgeous sourdough, am I right? And while *I* would be tempted to scarf down the entire thing while it's still warm from the oven, those interested in moderation will find the Large Bakery Bag capable of keeping even the largest boules fresh. My personal record is 6 days (but that's only because we finished the bread by then).
Bakery bags (of all sizes) are lined with a food-grade, BPA-free PUL fabric*. They function similarly to a typical dry bag - just roll the top down and secure with the snap tabs. Bakery bags are machine washable, but not microwave or oven safe.
